In case of severe weather conditions making travel unsafe, we will offer to reschedule your tour or provide a full refund at no extra charge.
If travel to Kashmir is restricted by government orders, a full refund will be issued or your booking can be rescheduled without penalty.
For cancellations due to medical emergencies (with valid documentation), we offer flexible rescheduling or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Please include your booking reference number in all cancellation communications. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
You can reschedule your tour once without any penalty if done at least 7 days before the original travel date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before may incur a 20% fee.
If your group size reduces after booking, refunds for the canceled travelers will follow the same refund structure above. Additional charges may apply if the group size falls below the minimum required for group rates.
