1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving a 30% advance payment.
- Full payment must be made 7 days before the tour start date.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change based on seasonal variations and availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 15+ days before: 90% refund (10% processing fee).
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days: No refund.
- No-shows: 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings. Travel Kashmir Now is not responsible for any uninsured losses.
4. Liability
- Travel Kashmir Now acts as an agent for various service providers (hotels, transport, activities).
- We are not liable for delays, injuries, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, political situations).
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
5. Code of Conduct
- Guests must respect local customs, traditions, and dress codes, especially at religious sites.
- Drug use and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited during tours.
- Environmental responsibility: Please do not litter and respect the natural environment.
6. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or other safety concerns. Alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided.
